Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in a high client contact environment.
• Contact Center or Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Five Star service to clients and assist with questions and solutions for Online Banking, Mobile, text banking and e-pay.
• Support Debit and ATM transactions including dispute handling and reporting/replacing lost or stolen cards.
• Identify client financial needs and refer to appropriate financial services or Digital Banking team.
• Support client servicing for deposits and loans.
• Research general banking items including checks, statements, 1099/tax information, encoding errors.
• Complete financial transactions; transfers between accounts, loan payments, scheduled transfers, and overdraft protection.
• Recommend problem resolution and route to appropriate department for further assistance and call resolution.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Senior Management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local banking laws including Bank Secrecy Act.
