Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years Banking/Financial Services experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum 1 year successful sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills including P&L interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, develop, and motivate associates across one or more financial centers.
• Drive sales and service performance with strategic planning; manage client relationships up to $1M revenue.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operations to meet business needs; ensure compliance and risk management.
