Responsibilities

• Provide Five Star service to clients via email, chat, phone, and social media.
• Assist clients with Online Banking, Mobile, text banking and e-pay.
• Support Debit and ATM transactions including disputes and card replacements.
• Identify needs and refer to Digital Banking team when appropriate.
• Perform general banking tasks and research items like checks and statements.
• Complete financial transactions and transfers; ensure accuracy and security.
• Comply with applicable banking laws and regulations.
