Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach and member acquisition efforts for studio growth.
• Greet prospective clients with energy and knowledge; give studio tours.
• Sell memberships to help the studio meet monthly targets.
• Follow up with prospective members and resolve concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events; support KPI achievement.
