Qualifications

• Passion for health and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales experience in goal-driven environments (fitness or retail).

• Proficient with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Maintain records using sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.
