Job summary

Orange Theory Fitness Allen is seeking a Member Ambassador to help run front-of-house studio operations in Allen, TX. You will meet and exceed sales targets for memberships, packages, renewals, retail and concessions, while delivering friendly member service.

Ideal candidates have a passion for fitness, strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma and prior sales experience are preferred; evening and weekend

Responsibilities

• Achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goals.
• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.
• Maintains accurate records using established sales systems.
• Conducts follow-up calls and customer care calls.
• Greets members and guests to create a friendly entrance into the studio.
