Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Denver is seeking a Member Ambassador to support front-of-house studio operations. You will drive daily sales, greet guests, process transactions, and deliver outstanding customer service, helping members choose memberships, packages, and retail options while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy studio environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

• Basic sales experience with ability to meet KPIs.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goals.
• Manages lobby/front desk with a friendly welcome.
• Processes cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Conducts follow-up calls and member care activities.
• Establishes referral programs and supports studio events.
• Collaborates with Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled.
• Responds to member inquiries with urgency.
