Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Colorado is seeking a Member Ambassador to run front-of-house studio operations and drive membership sales, renewals, and retail. This role requires a passion for fitness and strong customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will handle referrals, process transactions, onboard clients, and coordinate with the Fitness Team to maintain smooth operations and a welcoming studio environment. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goals.
• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.
• Maintains accurate records using sales systems.
• Conducts telephone inquiries and follow up calls.
• Leads studio previews with prospects and/or program holders.
• Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically.
• Keeps lobby/front desk area organized and clean.
• Processes cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Delivers timely follow up with prospective clients.
• Troubleshoots basic technical issues as needed.
• On-boards clients through intake forms and agreements.
• Works with the Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled.
• Models a positive attitude and supports Orangetheory values.
