Job summary

The YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley in Davenport, IA is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, and to maintain a welcoming fitness center environment.

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting members, demonstrating equipment, EGym orientations, monitoring facility access, supporting personal training sales, and maintaining clean fitness areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or obtain within 30 days; training provided).
