Job summary

UFC Gym in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to drive Private Training and Supplement revenue while delivering top-notch member service. This role requires scheduling, coaching, and enforcing club policies, with a focus on achieving revenue goals and maintaining an engaging member experience.

The position demands 7-day-a-week availability, including mornings and evenings, and oversight of scheduling and time-keeping.

Qualifications

• Knows personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Must be able to operate and adjust fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of policies, safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Customer-focused with professional responses to requests from guests and staff.
• Basic record-keeping and task prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in computer use (Word/Excel).
• Must clock in and out for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private training and small group sessions.
• Service intro PT packages and re-sign clients to full programs.
• Prospect members in person and digitally to generate appointments.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs and supplements.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities (bundles, booths, events).
• Achieve monthly revenue targets for Private Training and Supplements.
• Review sales performance with management and enforce policies.
• Schedule and manage client appointments and maintain calendars.
