Job summary

UFC GYM Oxnard is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to drive Private Training and Supplements revenue while delivering exceptional member service. The role requires managing scheduling, supervising staff, and enforcing club policy to ensure a positive experience for members.

You will lead prospecting, tours, and training package sign‑ups, coordinating with coaching staff and operations to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• In‑depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Strong customer service focus; responds professionally to requests from guests, members, and staff.
• Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain recordkeeping practices.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Execute an effective prospecting strategy, conduct guest tours, and complete sales of staff when needed through the Turn‑Over process.
• Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re‑sign clients on full programs to hand off to coaching staff.
• Prospect members in person or digitally to generate appointments and sell personal training programs.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout programs.
• Arrive on time, prepared and attentive for training appointments.
• Assist in all revenue‑generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body‑fat tables, seminars, workshops, and other events.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives set by the company for Private Training and Supplements.
• Review daily club sales performance and individual employee statistics with the Fitness Manager and staff to identify issues and clarify needed behaviors.
• Administer company policies related to the sales process.
• Independently schedule and manage client appointments to ensure optimal time management and service delivery.
