Job summary

UFC Gym in Whitestown, IN seeks a Fitness Sales Manager with personal training and sales experience. You will drive Private Training and Supplement revenue while delivering a positive member experience under the supervision of the Fitness Manager. Availability seven days a week for mornings and evenings is required.

The role emphasizes meeting revenue goals, coaching staff, and maintaining scheduling and administrative processes to support club operations and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of personal training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• Proficient with basic record keeping and scheduling tasks.
• Computer proficiency including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private training and small group training with members.
• Manage client scheduling and calendar coordination; coordinate sessions.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.
• Oversee club administration and ensure coaching staff alignment with goals.
• Support tours, sign-ups, and member service matters; address issues promptly.
• Lead meetings and communicate policies to coaching team.
