Job summary

UFC GYM - Whitestown, IN seeks a Fitness Sales Manager to drive Private Training revenue and superior member experiences. You will coach staff, manage client scheduling, and enforce club policies while achieving monthly revenue targets.

Responsibilities include selling training packages, coordinating sessions, and performing club admin duties. A strong customer-service focus and relevant certifications are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service with sales focus.
• Experience in fitness or club environment is beneficial.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• One certification from an organization recognized by UFC Gym is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Coordinate scheduling and client appointments to maximize service delivery.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities for Private Training and Supplements.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and oversee club admin duties.
• Supervise coaching staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Set and communicate monthly sales goals with the team.
