Job summary

UFC GYM - Whitestown, IN is looking for a Personal Training Sales Manager to drive Private Training and Supplements revenue while delivering outstanding member service. This role requires coordinating scheduling, coaching staff, and enforcing club policies to achieve revenue goals.

The position reports to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager, with 7-day availability including mornings and nights to support member needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design, and sales.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.
• Strong customer service focus and professional inquiries handling.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members, build value and re-sign clients.
• Manage client scheduling and coordinate sessions with coaches.
• Oversee revenue-generating activities for Private Training and Supplements.
• Assist in club administration and ensure coaching staff alignment with goals.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and organize daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and training agreements.
