UFC GYM - Whitestown, IN is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead a coaching team, drive private training and supplement revenue, and ensure an excellent member experience. The FM will supervise scheduling, timekeeping, and enforce policies while partnering with leadership to meet revenue goals.

The role emphasizes staff development, client programs, and service delivery across the club. The position reports to the VP of Fitness, requires strong interpersonal skills, and a hands-on approach to daily

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Familiarity with the DotFIT program and software.
• Able to operate and adjust all fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies, practices and procedures, including safety procedures.
• Strong customer service focus and professional communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a strong team of coaches and potential leaders.
• Maintain a fully engaged Personal Training/MMA team aligned with company values.
• Ensure revenue and service goals are communicated and met; conduct meetings and provide guidance.
• Handle member service matters, tours, signup for training agreements and appointments.
• Perform administrative and housekeeping duties; conduct facility walk-throughs daily.
• Comply with procedures and monitor compliance; alert operations to repairs.
• Sell and conduct personal training; manage client programs and scheduling.
