Job summary

BODY20 Lenexa City Center is seeking a high-energy, fitness-focused Sales Associate who enjoys connecting with people, working toward goals, and being part of a positive team. This role is key to turning interest into appointments, appointments into memberships, and new members into long-term relationships.

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time for the right person. Compensation is $14.00 - $20.00 per hour, plus opportunities for advancement and BODY20 benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales, membership sales, customer service, fitness, hospitality, or lead-generation experience preferred.
• Must be confident making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and accountable for follow-through and results.
• Positive, personable, coachable, and genuinely interested in fitness and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads and consistently follow up by phone and text.
• Build relationships with prospects, understand their fitness goals, and schedule introductory appointments.
• Present BODY20 membership options and confidently ask for the sale.
• Manage lead follow-up and activity in our CRM so opportunities don't fall through the cracks.
• Provide an exceptional experience for current members and prospective members.
• Participate in local marketing events, community events, and promotional pop-ups to generate awareness and leads.
• Complete BODY20 Coach Certification and assist with prospective member workouts and the sales experience.
• Contribute to individual and studio membership and sales goals.
