Position Overview

As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will provide best-in-class customer experiences, build relationships with BODY20 members and the community, and contribute to the success of our fast-paced fitness studio.

Responsibilities

• Be an active participant in the operation and success of our fast-paced fitness studio.
• Work as a team player to help grow the member base through sales, onboarding new members, and providing superior customer service to retain long-term members.
• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand.
• Build community business relationships and partnerships.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to take 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
