Job summary

BODY20 Des Peres is seeking an energetic, outbound sales-focused associate to grow our local fitness community. This role centers on meeting new people, building relationships, and guiding prospects to try a 20-minute BODY20 session and join as members.

You’ll generate leads, respond to inquiries, schedule introductory sessions, and collaborate with coaches to create a welcoming experience while driving membership growth in a part-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to generate new business.
• Experience in membership sales, community outreach or fitness sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through community outreach, networking, local businesses, events, and referrals.
• Respond to and follow up with prospective members from advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Schedule introductory training experiences and help prospects take the first step.
• Build relationships, understand goals, and recommend membership options.
• Convert prospects into new members and maintain CRM data.
• Collaborate with coaching team to create welcoming experiences for prospects.
