Position Overview

As a BODY20 Fitness Sales Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis. You will be an integral part of the success of a fast‑paced fitness studio by providing best‑in‑class customer experiences while building relationships with BODY20 members and the community.

Responsibilities

• Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
• Build community business relationships and partnerships
• Work as a team player to grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service to retain long‑term members
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
• Passion for health and wellness
• Willingly able to work nights, weekends, and holidays occasionally
• High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent education‑experience combination
• Ability to provide 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours during the 12‑week presale process

Compensation

$16.00 – $30.00 per hour.
