Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to grow club fitness revenue by coaching staff and selling personal and group training programs. You will hire, train, and lead coaches, develop staff, and ensure high-quality fitness offerings and exceptional client experiences at the Summerlin club.

The role emphasizes driving sales targets, managing scheduling and programs, and partnering with leadership to deliver results while supporting members on their fitness journeys.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining personal and group training clients.
• Directly sell personal and group training packages and lead the sales team to meet targets.
• Recruit, interview and hire fitness coaches and ensure ramp milestones.
• Train and develop staff, ensuring CCS evaluations are passed.
• Oversee group training schedules and class quality; manage client activation and retention.
