Job summary

Invited Clubs seeks a Fitness Manager to oversee daily fitness center operations, ensuring professional, high-quality, and safe health services for members. You will drive innovative fitness programs and revenue from personal training, group classes, and related services while supervising staff and maintaining a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Reporting to the Fitness Director, you will partner with leadership to meet quarterly sales goals, manage schedules, train teams, and maintain

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a fitness-related role (e.g., personal trainer, group fitness instructor, or fitness coordinator).
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in fitness operations.
Current certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Directors to develop and execute quarterly fitness revenue plans.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual fitness revenue targets.
Oversee staff performance and scheduling; lead and train trainers and group instructors.
Design, implement, and assess fitness programs tailored to member needs.
Promote excellent customer service and staff training to uphold Invited standards.
Ensure cleanliness and daily operation of the fitness center and equipment maintenance.
