Job summary

Workout Anytime is seeking a dedicated fitness leadership professional to drive programming sales and oversee the fitness department. You will ensure efficient operations, scheduling, and coaching to deliver an exceptional member experience.

You will personally conduct assessments, lead training sessions, and mentor the PT team while maintaining compliance with CPR/AED certifications and club policies. Strong sales and management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Certification as a nationally accredited personal trainer (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, or AFAA) and current CPR (must obtain within 6 months).
• Preferred BS in health and fitness related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly assessments and complimentary sessions to meet goals.
• Prevent overtime; track clock-ins/outs and breaks for staff.
• Conduct fitness assessments and training sessions to maximize PT sales.
• Oversee staff certifications and compliant scheduling.
• Maintain club cleanliness and equipment functionality.
• Post client progress photos with signed releases (with consent).
• Provide ongoing education and coaching to PT staff and maintain CPR/AED certifications.
