Job summary

Workout Anytime is seeking an experienced club manager to drive fitness programming sales and ensure budgets are met while controlling labor costs. Your role includes coaching staff, supervising certifications, and delivering a superior member experience.

You will conduct assessments, supervise scheduling, and mentor trainers to maximize PT sales and retention, while ensuring compliance with club policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited certification from NASM/NSCA/ACSM/ACE/AFAA and CPR current.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal trainer; management and sales experience preferred.
• Preferred BS in health/fitness field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly assessments/complimentary sessions targets.
• Prevent overtime by capping trainer hours and enforcing clock-in/out.
• Personally conduct fitness assessments and PT sessions as required.
• Maintain staff certifications (CPR/AED) and training records.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage and quarterly role updates.
• Lead fitness and sales training; mentor PT team with weekly meetings and audits.
