Job summary

Workout Anytime is seeking a results-driven leader to drive membership sales, tours, and retention. The role requires coaching staff, managing sales processes, and ensuring excellent member experience across all fitness programming.

You will oversee scheduling, prospect conversion, and trainer education to hit monthly enrollment and profitability targets. The position emphasizes a consultative sales approach, staff mentorship, and robust use of club management software to optimize performance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to sell and train others to sell.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and coach others.
• Outstanding organization skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Generate new member tours via referrals, marketing, and outreach.
• Convert at least 70% of incoming inquiries to club tour appointments.
• Enroll at least 80% of touring prospects.
• Schedule at least 60% of new members for a Complimentary Success Session.
• Maintain club management software and tracking forms.
• Oversee the retention strategy and systems.
• Coach and mentor each personal trainer with weekly meetings and audits.
• Provide ongoing staff education on program design and nutrition.
