Planet Fitness Winston-Salem is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, judgement-free member experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, offer tours, and respond to questions while handling purchases at the POS.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and give tours.
• Log amenities and respond to questions in a timely manner.
• Process purchases at the point of sale and promote fitness classes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.
