Job summary

Planet Fitness in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative for full-time evening shifts. Starting wage is $12 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, at 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Schedule: Sunday 11AM-7PM, M-Th 10AM-5PM.

The role delivers a Judgement Free fitness experience, welcomes members and guests, signs up new members, handles POS transactions, and encourages participation in classes while maintaining a clean, safe club.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phones politely using script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions promptly and professionally
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
