Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Winston-Salem to support members at our Planet Fitness clubs. The role centers on friendly member service, onboarding new members, and answering questions while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

The position offers part-time hours with a starting pay of $11 per hour, plus scheduled increases based on tenure. You’ll work with a team focused on growth, accountability, and delivering a positive, supportive fitness

Qualifications

• Friendly, attentive customer service skills.
• Ability to follow a script for information delivery.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
