Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in North Carolina. You will deliver a superior member experience, answer questions, greet guests, sign up new members, and promote classes while maintaining a clean, welcoming club.

Starting at $11 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months thereafter; benefits include PTO, EAP, and employee discounts. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and proficient with basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, sign up new members and tours.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and log amenities.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through POS
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
