Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a full-time Member Services/Sales Associate at our Moreno Valley club. You will greet new members, listen to their goals, and guide them to personalized fitness options while delivering a friendly, inclusive experience.

You’ll help guests feel they belong and support ongoing member engagement throughout their fitness journey. You will maintain a clean, safe gym environment, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect members with the right resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them with resources.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Delivering an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members, ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit.
• Supporting a strong new member onboarding experience to connect members with fitness offerings.
