Job summary

Planet Fitness in Reisterstown, MD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer phones, sign up new members and log amenities while delivering a friendly, helpful experience. You will support day-to-day club operations and create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
