Job summary

Excel Fitness seeks a full-time Club Operations Supervisor in Broken Arrow, OK. You will assist the GM/AM, train Team Players, and ensure high member service and club standards. You will supervise up to 6 Team Players and help manage daily operations in a fitness club environment.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma, CPR/AED certification (training provided if needed), and strong communication with customers and staff. You may work varied shifts including mornings/evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required; training provided if uncertified within 30 days of employment.
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in implementing member-attraction and retention strategies.
• Train and supervise up to 6 Team Players; model and train on operational processes.
• Monitor member service, cleanliness, and club atmosphere.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure Excel standards are met and club presentable.
• Oversee daily club inspections and assign cleaning/tasks; review results.
• Audit inventory and coordinate with GM/AM on orders.
• Occasionally oversee operations when GM/AM are unavailable.
• Represent Excel at events and outreach activities.
