Job summary

Excel Fitness in Aberdeen, NC seeks a hands-on Club Operations Team Member to support the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will lead and train up to 6 Team Players, uphold Excel standards, and ensure top-notch member service and club cleanliness.

This full-time, on-site role requires CPR/AED certification, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will manage daily schedules, audits, and inventory, and represent the company at community events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required; training provided within 30 days.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise a team.
• Strong communication with members and staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in executing member attraction and retention strategies.
• Train and supervise up to 6 Team Players per shift.
• Monitor member service, cleanliness, and club atmosphere.
• Audit inventory and report recommendations for orders.
• Assist at community events and outreach as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Excel standards and policies.
• Conduct daily club inspections and assign tasks.
