Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking an Operations Lead in Highlands Ranch, CO to ensure a premier member experience. You will work with the General Manager and team to manage daily operations, facility upkeep, and member services, while driving membership and retail revenue.

You will also serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts to uphold service standards. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service experience, supervisory background, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience supervising and directing work of Team Members.
• Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certifications in FirstAid/CPR or personal training.

Responsibilities

• Drive club performance by executing daily operational standards to support budget and member experience.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during shifts, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment.
• Lead Club Attendants and Sales & Service Team to ensure consistent service and retail performance.
• Own member issue resolution and address inquiries proactively.
• Assist in member retention through training of staff on service standards and upkeep.
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly cleaning routines and coordinate maintenance with Facilities.
• Support scheduling, timekeeping, dress code and coaching to meet performance expectations.
• Manage resources and inventory of towels, cleaning products, and front desk supplies.
