Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Aurora, CO seeks an Operations Lead to partner with the General Manager and a team of club attendants and sales and service advisors. You will oversee daily operations, maintain a clean, safe environment, monitor member feedback, and drive membership and retail revenue while acting as Manager on Duty.

You will model our service promise, coach staff, ensure schedule adherence, manage inventory and equipment, and support training to enhance member experience and business

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience supervising and directing work of team members.
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR or personal training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive club performance by meeting daily operational standards and retail goals.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during shifts, ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming, and efficient club.</=
