Job summary

Baseline Fitness in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and drive a positive member experience while ensuring financial success of the club.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff; lead front desk activities; uphold service standards; and manage onboarding, policies, and inventory. This role reports to the District Manager and is a full-time supervisor position at an exempt/non-exempt level.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least one year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Ensure member service oversight, guaranteeing great customer service experience at all times.
• Front desk tasks: greet members, give gym tours, handle member questions.
• Support for team and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym is timely.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete manager onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during business hours.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
