Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to support daily club operations and member service. You will work with the General Manager and a team of attendants and sales/service advisors to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while driving membership and retail revenue.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

2 years of customer service experience.
Experience supervising and directing work of Team Members.
Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Certifications in First Aid/CPR or personal training.

Responsibilities

Drive club performance by executing daily operational standards and supporting membership and retail growth.
Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and lead day-to-day operations.
Direct Club Attendants and Sales & Service Team Members to deliver consistent service and operational execution.
Own member issue resolution by addressing concerns and inquiries.
Assist in member retention through training and development of the Sales and Service team and Club Attendants.
