Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience in a welcoming, judgement-free environment. You will interact with members, handle sign-ups, and maintain a clean, friendly club atmosphere.

You will answer phones, greet members, log amenities, and assist with products while benefiting from growth opportunities, shift-differential pay, and a solid benefits package including 401K, health options, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script; greet members and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system; promote fitness classes to active/new members.
