Planet Fitness in Wakefield, RI seeks a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a Judgement Free member experience while driving financial success. You will lead a team, manage front desk and payroll, recruit and train staff, and coordinate marketing and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Confident problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee club operations to ensure a welcoming member experience and financial success.
• Lead a team of employees with training and development support.
• Manage front desk activities, member check-ins, tours, and inquiries.
• Staff scheduling, coaching, payroll processing, and performance management.
• Coordinate marketing promotions and drive sales to achieve goals.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Authorize expenditures, deposits, and HR-related forms.
• Track weekly/monthly/annual reports and analytics.
