Job summary

Planet Fitness in Brockton, MA is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a premier Judgement Free Zone experience while driving financial performance. You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Assistant Managers, and Trainers, ensuring exceptional member service, staffing, training, and payroll administration.

The role requires full-time availability (42 hours/week) including potential evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed club sales goals and contribute to monthly and yearly targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing staff.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Oversee staff scheduling and attendance; provide coaching and accountability.
• Manage payroll processing and HR-related forms.
• Handle member questions, tours, and front desk tasks.
• Ensure gym safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead marketing efforts and promote promotions to drive engagement.
