Job summary

Planet Fitness in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations and deliver a welcoming Judgement Free Zone(R). You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Assistant Managers, and Trainers to achieve sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role requires scheduling, payroll processing, staff development, and coordination of marketing efforts to drive member growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
• Current CPR Certification preferred
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals, contribute to club monthly and yearly targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Staff Management: schedule shifts, train, coach, and ensure adherence to values.
• Administration and processing of payroll; resolve employee issues.
• Oversee front desk activities including check-ins, member tours, and sign-ups.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym and maintain facility safety and cleanliness.
• Manage marketing efforts and promotions with staff awareness.
• Authorize expenditures, refunds, and daily bank deposits.
