Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks a working lead for our Fitness Centers to supervise front desk procedures, engagement, and growth of programs. You will train staff, coordinate services, and ensure high customer satisfaction while managing daily operations and service quality.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Management, Business, Exercise Science or Healthcare.
• Minimum 4 years of Customer Service experience with at least 1 year in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Supports established goals and departmental objectives.
• Monitors annual department operating and capital budgets.
• Oversees daily department operations and staff performance.
• Provides training, mentoring and scheduling for staff.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Acts as a resource to employees and customers with strong service orientation.
