Job summary

Cheney Brothers in Miami, FL is hiring a production team member to process and pack fish on a daily schedule. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $16 per hour and benefits starting Day 1.

Responsibilities include prepping fish for cutters, inspecting quality, labeling products, and maintaining a clean, safe production area while complying with HACCP guidelines. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of packing or production experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in cold and wet environments.
• Team player with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Process and pack fish to order specifications.
• Prepare fish for cutters including opening cases and staging.
• Receive and inspect fish for quality and stock levels.
• Identify product forms and label per specs.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow HACCP guidelines.
