Cheney Brothers is hiring a Fish Processor in Miami, FL to cut, pack, and inspect seafood products according to daily production needs. The role requires maintaining quality, operating processing equipment, and keeping a clean, safe work area.
The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:00 AM, with an approximate finish around 3 PM, and pays $21 per hour plus benefits as part of a comprehensive program.

Cuts, packs, and inspects fish products according to daily production requirements. Operates and maintains processing equipment, ensures product quality, and follows packaging specifications. Maintains a clean and safe work area while complying with all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures. Performs additional tasks as directed to support production operations.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Experience: 1 year of fish cutting experience
Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 50lbs, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs.
Skills:
Experience with food/fish handling or food/fish processing
