The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:00 AM, with an approximate finish around 3 PM, and pays $21 per hour plus benefits as part of a comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year fish cutting experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in cold, wet environments.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures 32F to 80F+.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process, cut, and pack fish to order.
• Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment.
• Receive and inspect fish for quality.
• Maintain stock levels on production line.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, food safety standards.
• Keep area clean and safe.
