Responsibilities

• Process, cut and pack fish to order per schedule using hand tools or machines.
• Sharpen and adjust cutting/processing equipment; start/stop machinery.
• Receive and inspect fish for quality; maintain stock levels on production line.
• Identify product forms by sight and package to specs (type, boxes, labels).
• Adhere to SOPs, GMPs, and sanitation requirements.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
