Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of warehouse or BOH restaurant experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for prepping and portioning menu components for the restaurant.
• Ensure food is properly portioned, packaged and stored.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Conduct opening and closing checklists.

Skills

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with others

Ability to read, write and comprehend English

Working knowledge of food safety procedures

Basic restaurant knife skills

Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel

Flexibility to work over 40 hours per week

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Current Food Handler’s Card
