RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team that keeps customer products moving safely, accurately and on time at the Plainfield facility. You will set floor pace, emphasize safety, quality and productivity while developing associates and coordinating with Customer Solutions and other supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in distribution/logistics.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team with high safety, accuracy and productivity standards.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Plan, prioritize and assign daily work to align labor and equipment with volume and deadlines.
• Ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately and on time per RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments).
• Champion strong safety and quality culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions and other supervisors to ensure smooth shift handoffs.
