RRD in West Bend, WI is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate to support daily materials movement, packing and shipping of samples and finished products by FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carriers. This role includes manual and clerical duties to prepare shipments and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in shipping/manufacturing support.
• Able to follow policies, procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
• Check goods against documents and prepare shipments per specs.
• Prepare bills of lading, weight notes and shipping labels.
• Unload, verify, and document incoming goods against packing slips.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment; stage materials for loading.
• Maintain records and communicate with customers and suppliers.
