Job summary

RRD Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Packaging Specialist in Production & Manufacturing. You will assist with daily shipping and receiving, material movement, loading/unloading, and preparing samples and finished products for carriers.

First shift 5:00 AM–3:00 PM and Mid shift 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, with pay from $18.00 to $20.20 hourly plus a $1 shift differential. You will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, maintain records, and coordinate with customers, suppliers and

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Shipments and receipts of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
• Prepare bills of lading, weigh, shipping charges, and attach instructions.
• Receive materials, unload trucks, check against bills of lading and packing slips.
• Support manufacturing areas and maintain files.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and production.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and comply with safety regulations.
• Attend production meetings to coordinate shipping/receiving.
