Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Packaging Specialist for 1st shift in our Production & Manufacturing team in the United States. You will assist with daily shipping activities, prepare materials for shipment, and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

The role involves receiving, loading, manual tasks, and coordination with carriers. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least 2 years in shipping/operational support.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Administrative/operational support in shipping/manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of materials tracking systems and reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate basic hand tools.
• Strong communication across departments.
• 1st shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; punctuality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties for materials and finished goods.
• Check goods against shipping documents and prepare bills of lading.
• Unloading, loading, and staging materials; maintain records.
• Coordinate with carriers (FedEx/UPS/USPS) for timely shipments.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and safety compliance.
